ANTELOPE TACO SOUP


ingridents:

      • Two pounds ground Antelope
      • One medium onion chopped
      • Three cloves minced garlic
      • One 7 oz. can chopped green peppers
      • One 16 oz. can whole kernel corn with juice
      • One cup water
      • One 16 oz. can chopped tomatoes with juice
      • One 16 oz. can kidney beans with juice
      • One 8 oz. can tomato sauce
      • One package taco seasoning – large for two pounds of ground meat
      • Two cups grated cheddar cheese
      • Pkg. of six inch flour or corn tortillas

directions:

 

Brown the Antelope meat with the garlic and onions in a large pot. Now add all the rest of the ingredients except for the cheese. Simmer for one hour and serve in soup bowls and top off each with the grated cheese. Serve with corn chips and heated tortillas.
