Ingredients:
- 1 pheasant, cut into pieces
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
Preparation:
Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Sprinkle pheasant pieces with salt, paprika, and black pepper. Brush with melted butter and place on grill rack. Cook for 15-20, turning occasionally. Baste with barbecue sauce frequently throughout cooking process. Reduce heat to medium and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
