- 1 lb grass-fed Yak meat (you can use any type of meat you wish)
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbs italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp basil
- 28 oz can of Organic crushed tomatoes
- Mix all ingredients except the tomatoes in a large mixing bowl.
- Shape the mixture into balls and place them in your slow cooker.
- Pour tomatoes on top of the meatballs and cook on Low for 5-6 hours.
