Paleo Italian Meatballs with Yak Meat


Ingredients:

      • 1 lb grass-fed Yak meat (you can use any type of meat you wish)
      • 1/2 cup chopped onions
      • 1/2 cup coconut flour
      • 1 egg
      • 1 tsp minced garlic
      • 1 tbs italian seasoning
      • 1 tsp salt
      • 1 tsp basil
      • 28 oz can of Organic crushed tomatoes

Directions

      1. Mix all ingredients except the tomatoes in a large mixing bowl.
      2. Shape the mixture into balls and place them in your slow cooker.
      3. Pour tomatoes on top of the meatballs and cook on Low for 5-6 hours.
