- 1 lb antelope round steaks cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup of dry red wine
- 32oz Beef Broth
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4-5 whole garlic cloves
- 1/2 medium onion diced
Directions
Put all ingredients into a crockpot, set temperature to low and cook for 15-16 hours.
